We taste each offering multiple times, evaluating balance, complexity, and how it performs across different brew methods. Dark Collection coffees must deliver rich, full-bodied profiles with low acidity. Bright Collection coffees must showcase vibrant, fruity notes with clean acidity. If a coffee doesn't clearly fit one direction or lacks consistent character, it doesn't make the cut. Roasted and fulfilled by our partner roasters.
Our Selection Standards
Sourcing: We require origin documentation and traceable lot information. No blends without clear component origins.
Roast Consistency: Partner roasters must demonstrate consistent batch-to-batch quality. We verify through multiple sample tastings before approval.
Cup Quality: Every coffee must score consistently across pour-over, French press, and espresso methods. We reject coffees that only shine in one preparation.
